Farington Primary School Homepage
Children and staff at Farington Primary School are proud to be working in close partnership with Marus Bridge, The Acorns and Whitley Primary Schools, Plantation Primary School as part of the Rowan Learning Trust family of schools. Our schools work together to give children a first-class education and a better future.
As Headteacher of Farington Primary School and on behalf of all our children, staff and governors I would like to extend a very warm welcome to you and your child/children, where collectively we ‘Aim high, believe, achieve, together’, celebrating all of our children’s achievements and their love of learning. It certainly is a privilege to be Headteacher of our school; a school which I am extremely proud to be part of.
At Farington Primary School, we are passionate about all of our children aspiring to be the very best that they can be. Our pupils are happy children, who enjoy coming to school and being part of our Farington family. We strive to ensure that our children experience success in a fun, nurturing and inclusive environment, to help them to understand that they make a positive difference to the world in which we all live, and to have high hopes and ambitions for themselves and for other people around them. We believe that it is important to celebrate and share British Values within our whole school community as part of our school ethos and values.
We encourage our children to be unique, creative, open-minded, reflective and independent individuals, respectful of themselves and of others in our local community and our wider world. We aim to guide and nurture our children so that they can grow into safe, caring, reflective, democratic, responsible and tolerant young people and adults.
Working together in partnership with parents, carers and the local community, we work hard to provide our children with the very best possible life chances, and to be rightly proud of themselves and their achievements both inside and outside of school life.
We thank you for sharing this special and important journey with us.
With very best wishes,
Mr A Williams
